hardshipADVOCACY.com is an independent, fee-based advocacy firm specializing in lender negotiations, including loan modification, short refinances,  deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, aka "cash for keys", and other hardship workout arrangements. We are committed to providing unbiased advice, and straightforward representation strategies for the most favorable outcome possible with your lender(s) or their servicing agents. Our services are always tailored to your unique needs. We provide a detailed, upfront financial assessment to drill into your financial standing in order to best position your hardship case with your lender(s).

Our fee-only approach allows us to serve you without compromise or potential conflict of interest. We do not work on a commission basis, nor do we benefit from recommending a particular course of action for you to consider. However, some of our corporate sponsors have agreed to revenue sharing arrangements with our firm, in the event you elect to purchase any product or service direct from one or more of our preferred suppliers, legal consultants or service vendors.

We guarantee realistic, honest financial representation designed to achieve the most optimal result for you. We understand that hardships present you with both emotional as well as undue financial strain. Each client situation is different, and no guarantees are possible. 

 

We have structured our fee basis as follows: to initiate representation on your behalf, we require a $495.00 per property processing fee. The services we will perform on your behalf include a detailed financial assessment resulting in the compilation of a complete hardship package which we submit to your lender(s), vigorously asserting your legitimate claim to hardship consideration.

 

If we do not succeed in favorably modifying your loan, or approval of your deed-in-lieu of foreclosure agreement, your risk is the processing fee which is non-refundable. Yet, we will buffer you from continuous lender or collection agency harassment, and provide you both with sound financial guidance and competent representation. Where lenders do NOT cooperate with our loan modification efforts, we work with a select group of competent legal specialists focused on aggressive hardship case settlement including "Chapter 13 lien strips".
